Construction Ltd is the largest local contractor in the Barrow-in-Furness area. We undertake all forms of construction work such
as new build, alteration and renovation, working with all types of buildings including, offices, courts, churches, pharmaceutical
works, houses, schools and many more. These have been carried out using a variety of differing routes such as traditional
contracting, design & build, drawing & spec, PFI's.
Latterly we have become actively involved in partnering and can list Glaxo Smith Kline, Two Castles
Housing Association, Anchor Housing Association and Cotswold Outdoors as our regular clients. In particular, we have carried
out over 5 million pounds worth of work with Glaxo SmithKline in the last 3 years, which has been quantified and paid on an
adapted domestic M T C, based on a modified schedule of rates.
