Construction of a new 40-bedroom Retirement and nursing home for Risedale Estates. The building was purpose-built to provide care facilities on a greenfield site, and the project incorporated plant room, administration offices, kitchen, laundry, specialist bathrooms and service lifts as well as access roads and services.

The success of this project was followed by a further 40-bed specialist Dementia Unit wing and now provides a vital specialist facility in the area.
