Leck construction built the modern advanced multi-storey office block for client Barrow Borough Council.

The construction included an underground car park, lift, bespoke glazing, composite panel cladding, advanced access computer floors , plant room access road and services.

The upper storeys enjoy panoramic views over Barrows Victorian Heritage park.
